Today I would like to introduce you to SAP & Beyond: Inside IT! It is a reflection of the growing curiosity and questions about various technology insights from our projects. This evolution has allowed me to broaden my focus beyond just SAP integration, to a wider range of valuable suggestions and options for digital transformation.

• Tip: Before diving into AI, honestly assess your businesss readiness. Do you have clearly defined goals and a strong understanding of your business processes? AI is a tool; it needs a clear purpose to be effective.
• Trick: Start small. Dont try to solve every problem with AI at once. Focus on a specific area where AI can deliver the most immediate value. A phased approach reduces risk and allows for iterative improvement.
• Team Tip: Our team recommends starting with a pilot project. This allows you to test the waters and gain experience with AI before making a major investment.

Data Acquisition: The Importance of IoT Devices

• Tip: Data is the lifeblood of AI. In manufacturing, consider utilizing IoT (Internet of Things) devices to collect real-time data from machinery. This data can predict equipment failures, optimize maintenance schedules, and prevent costly downtime.
• My Experience: We recently helped a manufacturing client implement IoT sensors in their factory. The results were impressive! They saw a significant reduction in downtime and maintenance costs.
• Team Tip: Dont underestimate the value of seemingly minor data points. Temperature fluctuations, vibration levels, and energy consumption can be critical indicators of potential problems.

• Tip: Clearly define your business objectives. What specific problems are you trying to solve with AI? What are your key performance indicators (KPIs)? This clarity will guide your AI implementation and help you measure success.
• My Experience: We always start our AI projects by working with our clients to define their goals and KPIs. This ensures that everyone is on the same page and that the project is aligned with the businesss overall objectives.

Understanding Data Sources and Types

• Tip: Identify all relevant data sources within your business. This might include CRM data, sales figures, production data, customer feedback, and more. Understanding your data is critical for choosing the right AI tools and models.
• My Experience: Weve seen many businesses overlook valuable data sources. Its important to take a comprehensive inventory of your data before starting an AI project.
• Team Tip: Begin with the data you already have. Many businesses sit on a wealth of untapped data that can be leveraged for AI initiatives. Start with your existing data and expand as needed.
