Borislav is an experienced leader and the founder of Novarto LTD.
He has 20 years of expertise in SAP Solutions consulting and implementation. Borislav has a proven track record in leading development teams, large scale projects and senior management at SAP SE, SAP Labs Bulgaria, and Movento Bulgaria Ltd. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Sciences & Computational Engineering from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany, which he earned in 2002, as well as a Bachelors Degree in the same field obtained in 2000.
George Tsolov
Business Development ManagerGeorge has over 20 years of professional experience in SAP products implementation.
Throughout his career, he has successfully completed many projects in different industries such as Manufacturing, Food & Beverages, Energy & Utility, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, Tobacco, having held various positions as a Solution Architect, Project Manager, and Functional Consultant. He has held leadership positions as Head of the SAP Practice at Atos IT Solution and Services. George holds a Master of Science in Electronics Engineering from the Technical University of Varna.

Simeon Nestorov
Board AdvisorSimeon Nestorov is a finance professional with over 25 years of experience.
As Managing Partnerof Intermediate Growth Capital Funds, he focuses on high growth companies and special situations. He also serves as Managing Director at MIT Associates, a regulated investment bank in San Francisco.
Previously, Mr.Nestorov managed over $10 billion in assets, encompassing diverse lending structures, including leveraged loans and project finance. He was a founding member of Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Finance and Technology team and part of UBSs Leveraged Finance team, with credit exposures exceeding $50 billion.
Mr. Nestorov holds an MBA with High Distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and is an Edward Tuck Scholar. He has passed all three levels of the CFA exam and holds the CFA designation.
