I hope you had a chance to recharge, disconnect from work… and reconnect with family, friends, nature, and yourself.
One of my learnings for 2025 was that technology is only as good as the clarity behind it. And here is why I want to bring some light into it, and how, as a leader, I got everything set and confident for the new year ahead.
For me personally, it is no longer about having digital tools; it is about Proactive leadership and adding flexible work tools.
