Novarto completed an SAP CRM 7.0 implementation project in Petrol JSC in February 2013. Petrol’s more then 500 gas stations make it the company with most developed distribution network for oil and gas in Bulgaria.
The company was looking for an effective solution to manage the relationships with its corporate clients. For this purpose they chose SAP CRM as it fits perfectly within their SAP landscape. Novarto undertook the implementation and customization of the software according to Petrol’s strongly specific requirements.
After the completion of the project the account managers in Petrol, found that the maintenance and operations with business customers are much faster and easier. This leads to more customer satisfaction and reliable business operations.
